Salem Horror Fest, Do you #KnowFear?

Hello Ghoulies! Starting next weekend, the Salem Horror Fest will begin screening some quality horror movies at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) and CinemaSalem. Tickets are required for this event, so check out the link above I included. I am a bit of a horror movie snob and this list looks pretty well rounded.

Movies include:

-Night of the Living Dead,

-The Haunting,

-People Under The Stairs,

-Friday the 13th VII,

-Texas Chainsaw Massacre,

-The Mist,

-Nightmare on Elm Street 2,

- and Let The Right One In.

Horror Fest is slated to have some creepy double features, meet 'n' greets, parties and the "It's Alive!" exhibit at the PEM showcasing some pretty epic horror themed art. Be sure to check out the Women with Guts event October 7 that will include a showing of Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, a Q&A with Lar Park Lincoln and Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees) from the film, a reading from my personal fave FunDead Publications, and a midnight paranormal investigation with Shari Marie DeBenedetti (Syfy Channel's Ghost Hunters).

I am pretty excited about this fest and I hope you are able to #KnowFear by the end of it all. Drop me a note if you attend any of the events. Well, that is It for now, and as ever before, stay Frankentastic. And go see It.
